AMENITIES & SERVICES
The Palais and Pavilion Rental

Check the Community Calendar on the to determine if your event date is available.

Complete the Rental Agreement (below, left) in full and email to: aviwindh@ciramail.com

Pay via the Resident Portal or submit your check (drawn on Owner’s account) for required cleaning and furniture rental fee, if applicable, to the Association mailbox at the Palais or hand deliver to the community Association manager at RealManage, located at 6400 International Pkwy #100, Plano, TX 75093 during regular business hours AT LEAST TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT.

Look for your event to appear on the Community Calendar at the Resident Portal. Until you see the word “confirmed” on the calendar it is not considered confirmed.

IF expecting more than 10 vehicles at your event, hire an approved Valet Parking firm as described in Parking rules. Send Proof of Valet Parking service (if required) AT LEAST TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT.

ACCESS TO THE PALAIS SIDE DOOR WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR EXISTING POOL AREA ACCESS CARD AUTOMATICALLY A DAY PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. Look for emailed instructions regarding using your Access Card and alarm deactivation to gain access to the Palais (if applicable) for your setup, event, and teardown.

Palais Access will be removed from your card following your event tear-down.
The Pool
The Pool at the Palais is for the residents of Avignon and their guests. It is open from 9am to 9pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Residents of Avignon may enter the pool using an access card.

No smoking, vaping, or glass containers in pool and pavilion area

No eating or drinking in the pool area

No one should swim alone

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times

Swim wear only; babies must wear “swim” diapers in pool

Swimmers must shower before entering pool

Persons with infectious diseases should not use the pool

No running or rough housing
-
Alcohol should not be consumed prior to or while using these facilities

No abusive language, loud music, or excessive noise

No rafts or other large floatation devices allowed

No outside barbecue grills may be brought into pool area
If you need the access code to the restroom, log in to the Resident Portal and go to My Community then Information and click on Fitness Center.

Avignon Little Free Library
Read or share a good book from the Avignon Little Free Library, located on the grounds of the Palais, near the basketball court.
Security
Avignon residents can feel secure. Our neighborhood works closely with the Plano Police Department and is under constant surveillance with security cameras and Flock cameras with Vehicle Fingerprint technology. This is in addition to the many residents with security cameras, Ring doorbells, and our Neighborhood Watch program.
Landscape Service
Our community is contracted with Landscape Horticulture for the maintenance of common areas and basic maintenance of our residents' front lawns. This includes mowing, edging, trimming shrubs and application of fertilizer and pre-emergent. This does NOT include tree pruning, leaf clean up or mulch. Fitness Center & Basketball Court
Enjoy some friendly competition with your neighbors at the basketball court or visit the Fitness Center next to the Palais to get in shape!
You can now access the fitness center at 6am!
If you need the access code to the fitness center, log in to the Resident Portal and go to My Community then Information and click on Fitness Center.
